TORTELLINI AMATRICIANA

INGREDIENTS

  • Il Nonno Slow Roasted Beef Tortellini

  • 10ml olive oil

  • 2 gloves garlic finely chopped

  • 1tsp of salt

  • ½ brown onion diced

  • 2 roma fresh tomatoes

  • 150g bacon

  • 40g pitted olives

  • 20g butter

  • 30g flat leaf parsley

  • Chilli (optional)

  • Grated parmesan

  • Season to taste

METHOD

  1. In a fry pan, saute olive oil, salt, garlic and onion

  2. Add bacon and olives & cook for 5-10 minutes

  3. Toss through butter, fresh roma tomatoes and fresh parsley

  4. Stir through cooked il Nonno Slow Roasted Beef Tortellini

  5. Add grated parmesan and serve
